Accounts Payable Administrator Job at Hardy Sales
We are hiring a full-time permanent Accounts Payable Administrator that will work at our Langley office Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-4:00PM. Hardy Sales is a local, family owned and operated wholesale food distribution company since 1982.

This position is crucial to the structure of our organization across one sales company and two warehousing companies. It is a job that requires strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. This role involves regular communication by phone, email, and the consistent use of our ERP system, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include:
-Inventory payables.
-Bank payments (Wire/EFT/Ach payments) and journal entries.
-US dollar purchasing and tracking
-Expense processing, payables and tracking.
-Cheque runs across companies.
-Rebate management.
-Inter-company billing, inventory tracking, expenses, and receipts.
-Vendor calls and bill backs.
-Prepaid expenses.
-GST management
-Visas bills.
-Accrual reports/JE for variances.
-Various accounting reports.
Other duties include cross-training for backup in freight bills, A/R backup, Global payment processing, credit and claims.
Experience working in an office environment in accounts payable and an understanding of the account cycle is ideal.
