About the role:

The Administrative Assistant's role is to support the Global VP of HR & Learning Development and assist the Human Resources Department as required.

How you will make an impact:

  • Report generation and analysis of data related to the business;
  • Prepare and modify documents, including confidential correspondence (internal and external), reports, drafts, memos, and emails;
  • General clerical duties, including phones, meeting planners, and voice-mail management (including dictations and detailed instructions)
  • Support special projects as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

  • College Diploma in Administration or related studies.
  • Min. 2 years in an Administrative role supporting high-level management;
  • Proficiency in MS Office with very high-level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Extremely analytical mindset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and french and attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
