Manning Elliott is seeking an experienced and accomplished Administrative Assistant for a full-time role at our Abbotsford location. This role will provide administrative support to the Partners and production team.

Reports to:

  • Director, Human Resources & Operations, and Partners

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:

  • 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-quality word processing and appropriate distribution of all correspondence, engagement draft and end-product materials
  • Provides general team administrative support as specified or needed (i.e, Reception Coverage)
  • Proofread and prepare proposal packages
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives
  • Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management program.
  • Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards.
