Some of the ways you’ll support our vibrant professionals

- Financial Statement assembly for a vast array of clients
- Client invoice posting and balancing
- Accounts Receivable payment distribution and reconciliation
- Creating and working with spreadsheets using basic calculations
- Generating and assembling reports
- Receiving and responding to routine correspondence
- Scanning and filing confidential documents
- Tracking and coordinating Continuing Professional Education
- Front desk relief rotation and mail rotation as needed
- Creating presentations using templates
- Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting preparation, calendar coordination and various other duties

What you’ll bring to our team

- Certificate or diploma in office administration or similar program
- 1-2 years of experience within an office environment is an asset
- Technology savvy, with strong skills in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within a small admin team
- Availability to work longer hours in March and April
