Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

The Program
At WJS Canada, our passion is to improve lives of children, youth and families that are facing challenges. The Cold Lake office is a busy administration hub supporting the WJS Family Services programs, staff and management in Bonnyville and Cold Lake.

The Position
The successful applicant will assist Program Managers with client and employee files, scheduling, light HR/accounting duties, as well as other administration items for the programs as needed.

In Your Role You Will

  • Prepare, code & submit for approval invoices, bills, expense claims, etc. according to established timelines.
  • Take minutes at various meetings.
  • Complete and submit payroll time sheets, leave requests and other personnel forms.
  • Create program reports, documentation and written communications.
  • Maintain petty cash fund.
  • Telephone and in-person reception.
  • Organize and store confidential employee personnel records & client files, etc.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Direct clients to appropriate agencies, contacts and/or service providers.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with funding agencies and other WJS offices.

As An Ideal Candidate You Possess

  • Graduation from a post secondary Office Administration Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Office administration experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of client and personnel file maintenance, data systems, payroll and invoicing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
