Aruba Designs is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Construction to assist with its new and ongoing renovation projects.
Job Duties
- Create Job sheet for ongoing construction jobs
- Find subcontractors for required jobs, do verification and help manger in hiring.
- Attend customer calls, maintain databases and do follow ups as needed.
- Maintain production budget and ensure that cost does not exceed budget
- Occasionally visit ongoing construction/renovation sites and ensure work happens as per schedule.
- Resolve customer and work related issues.
- Other work as needed
Required Skills
- Should live in Durham region or be able to drive there occasionally.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Prior experience in construction or home renovation
Part Time, Flexible Schedule, Work from home. Year end bonus and travel expenses reimbursement.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
