What we're looking for

As a part-time Administrative Assistant reporting into the Director, Estate Professional Services, you will:

  • Data Entry: Enter our client file data into our software
  • Data organizing: Gathering knowledge and organizing it in our database
  • Research: Perform research to best support our team as needed
  • Collaborate with all teams: Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience;
