Thermo King Eastern Canada sells services and reconditions all major brands of transport equipment to manage temperature control environments for food and other perishables. We are a fast growing company looking to add an additional, and exceptional, Data Entry Clerk to join our winning team.
The Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system to ensure accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, and efficient solution-based manner. The Data Entry Clerk works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:
- Accurately and precisely input data entry
- Enter documents and client information in our database
- Put lien on equipment when invoiced
- Create first draft of sales contracts
- Create work orders for each installation
- Order and invoice units
- Schedule pick ups
- Claim shortages
- Prepare & update various reports
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience
- 1 year Data Entry Experience
- Bilingual FR/ENG
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail oriented, proactive, organized, able to multitask.
- Ambitious and driven, looking to evolve and grow within the company
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate and respond in an effective and professional manner
