Provincial Treasury Corporate Operations Branch provides budget and administrative support to the Provincial Treasury division which includes four other branches, Banking/Cash Management Branch, Debt Management Branch, Risk Management Branch and Information Systems Branch with approximately 102 FTEs.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience/ training in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Preference may be given for experience in administrative support.
  • Preference may be given for experience working with CLIFF.

About this Position:
This position is excluded from union membership.
There is currently a temporary opportunity available until February 23, 2024. This temporary opportunity may become permanent.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Flexible work options are available, this position may be able to a few days at home per week subject to an approved Telework Agreement.

The position provides basic financial and administrative support to Division programs and related work units and provides advice and assistance to program management and staff regarding financial and administrative matters.
