This is an interview position GENERAL SUMMARY To assist the manager in administrative and station opertaional duties as required. To lead Data Systems Agents and participate as a working member on the team. To ensure regulatory requirements for export are met within prescribed deadlines. To model the way hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (though best practices).

To assist the manager in administrative and station operational duties as required. To ensure that regulatory requirements for export are met within prescribed deadlines.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/educational equivalent.
Good typing skills 25 wpm and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - assessment will be administered.
Knowledge of FedEx Systems preferred
Good time management & organization skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrence training
