Administrator (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Product Marketing and New Business Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Imaging Technologies & Communications Group (ITCG) Marketing Communications Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Information to 3rd party agencies, to create all in-store displays, packaging, sale sheets, product setups and other promotional materials.
  • Support requests from dealers and ensure Canon products are always merchandised and align with our marketing messages for both online and in-store
  • Receive product marketing information and assets from Canon Japan and Canon USA and populate pre-existing product pre-disclosure and launch templates with the updated information
  • Coordinate the adaptation of rich product page content from Canon USA for Canon Canada's dealers and our own eCommerce platform.
  • Coordinate store visits with 3rd party companies for merchandising and inventory upkeep
  • Maintain inventory in our showroom
  • Monitor the marketing budget and submit expenses
  • Coordinate the marketing and sales support materials upload to our asset repository site

To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Project and process management skills, including knowledge of project management software
  • PowerPoint to create presentation
  • French is considered an asset
