Foamcore Mouldings is a leading manufacturer of architectural mouldings used in residential, commercial and industrial building design. We pride ourselves on products quality and client satisfaction, using our client centric approach to custom and standardized products.

Foamcore Mouldings has witnessed tremendous growth since inception and as a result we are looking to improve our organization by adding a qualified Administrator to the team

The administrator will be responsible for inputting orders from walk-in customers, our sales team, and other sources of orders (online). The administrator will handle purchasing responsibilities, manage shipping of items to customers (courier and LTL), as well as administrative tasks related to invoicing and others.

The ideal candidate will have experience using excel, quickbooks (or another accounting software), and various other tools to help the candidate complete their job efficiently. Experience using a CRM and ERP are considered an asset.

Required Skills

- Computer proficiency; Microsoft office suite, Quickbooks, Fishbowl Inventory Management, Monday.com, various other accounting software, ERP, CRM.

- Customer Service; working with customers, accepting calls from customers, managing customer expectations

- Written and verbal communication

- Planning and organization

Experience Required

- 2+ years in a similar role

- Bookkeeper experience considered and asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
