You have:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of posting job ads online and actively recruiting for talent
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Motivation to succeed
Job Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for positions such as general labour, customer service, administration, management, accounting, etc.
- Utilize job boards, sourcing tools and other sourcing techniques to attract and identify candidates.
- Confer with recruiters and hiring managers to identify client's talent needs.
- Review applications and interview applicants.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines
- Document interactions with candidates
Additional Skills
- Bilingual in English/French is an asset
