Job Title: Admission Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at a private career college that specializes in culinary education. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our culinary programs and guiding prospective students through the admission process. This role involves meeting sales targets and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about our culinary programs and admission requirements.Conduct personalized campus tours to showcase our facilities and programs.Guide students through the admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and follow-up.
• Identify new funding options for students
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing and sales strategies.Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute recruitment events and campaigns.Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• .Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in education, hospitality, and in a private career college is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for culinary education and sales.
• Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
