The Admissions Support Representative (Remote) Position:

Medix College’s team is growing again, and we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated admissions support representative (Call Centre) to be an integral part of our thriving admissions team. In this exciting position, you will work within the admissions department to respond to potential student inquiries with the goal of booking appointments for our admissions representatives. This high-visibility role is critical to the success of the admissions team and can lead to future promotion within the admissions department.


What you will be doing:

  • Respond to initial customer (potential student) inquiries with the intent of booking an appointment with one of our admissions representatives.
  • Assertively work existing account list with the goal of booking appointments.
  • By using email, text and phone, complete an aggressive daily outreach program of between 100 – 150 contacts daily.
  • Develop and maintain customer follow up strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure that all scheduled appointments are documented, and CRM database is kept up to date.
