After School Program Animator Job at ROYAL VALE ELEMENTARY HOME & SCHOOL
Royal Vale Elementary Home & School Association (RVEHSA) is dedicated to enhancing the education and general well-being of the students at Royal Vale Elementary School.
RVEHSA independently plans and oversees the before and after school programs and child care for Royal Vale Elementary students.
We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our after school team.
The ideal candidate would have experience supervising groups of children (ages 6-12), possess excellent communication skills and have experience and a desire to plan and execute fun activities with the students.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
- Ensures the safety and well-being of the children; this includes both physical and emotional safety
- Plans, prepares, and executes activities that relate to the age group
- Maintains room(s) and play areas, keeping the space clean, orderly and safe
- Develops/maintains regular/on-going communication with supervisor(s), colleagues to meet the needs of the program and/or children

QUALIFICATIONS & ASSETS
- Past experience working at schools, camps, daycares
- Education in childcare field
Shifts available:
Monday-Friday : 2:25-5:00 pm or 3:25-5:15
Must be available to work minimum 3 days per week and commit to a contract from now until June 21.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
