TÂCHES PRINCIPALES
  • Charger les charriots avec la vaisselle, ustensiles et récipients nécessaires au service en vol;
  • Recueillir les plateaux de service et disposer les assiettes dans des plateaux en respectant les directives;
  • Participer à la préparation et à l’emballage des plats spéciaux;
  • Organiser les étiquettes extérieures et intérieures pour la production panifiée de la journée;
  • Effectuer un emballage et un stockage des aliments appropriés en fonction des exigences de sécurité et des
instructions du client;
  • S’assurer que les ingrédients et matériel d’emballage non utilisés soient correctement étiquetés et
retournés dans un lieu de stockage approprié;
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité alimentaire, de santé et de sécurité au travail, et les règles et normes de
l’entreprise.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Capacité de rester debout dans le froid (-10oC) pour de longues périodes de temps;
  • Parler, écrire et lire le français;
  • Capacité de gérer la pression dans un environnement dynamique;
  • Maîtriser les principes HACCP (méthode d’analyse des dangers), un atout;
  • Disponibilité à travailler les quarts de jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine.


Salaire : $16/h (prime soir $1.10/h - prime nuit $1.60/h)

MAIN TASKS
  • Load the carts with the dishes, utensils and containers necessary for in-flight service;
  • Collect the serving trays and arrange the plates in trays according to the instructions;
  • Participate in the preparation and packaging of special dishes;
  • Organize the exterior and interior labels for the bread production of the day;
  • Perform appropriate food packaging and storage according to safety requirements and
customer instructions;
  • Ensure that unused ingredients and packaging materials are properly labeled and
returned to an appropriate storage location;
  • Respect the rules of food safety, health and safety at work, and the rules and standards of
the company.
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • Ability to stand in the cold (-10oC) for long periods of time;
  • Speak, write and read French;
  • Ability to manage pressure in a dynamic environment;
  • Mastering HACCP principles (hazard analysis method), an asset;
  • Availability to work day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
