As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated and results driven AgTech Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team and be an integral part of building FarmSimple's vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote FarmSimple Solutions' AgTech products and services to livestock farmers and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and utilize the findings to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, including livestock producers, veterinary clinics, and agricultural associations, to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, both in person and through digital channels, to assist with their decision-making process.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent FarmSimple Solutions and network with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on marketing and sales performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness or a related field from a recognized Canadian institution, such as the University of Saskatchewan or a similar program.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, livestock production, and the agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the agriculture or technology industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations and attend industry events as needed.
  • Most importantly, the willingness to learn, solve problems and have fun building the future of FarmSimple as a key member of the team.

FarmSimple Solutions offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for significant career growth and advancement within FarmSimple and the AgTech industry. Ideally, the successful candidate will transition from this role to a Senior Level Manager as the team grows based on their success in marketing strategy deployment.

The role will be based in Regina, SK and will be a hybrid role that includes both remote and in-office work. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
