Analyst / Associate, Corporate Access

Job Description

  • Manage the coordination and execution of logistics for Corporate Marketing. This includes, but not limited to: client targeting, non-deal roadshows, group fieldtrips, site visits, seminars, conference scheduling, expert events, salesforce briefings, investor/corporate prep packages, feedback and sourcing venues.

  • Timely coordination and execution of Analyst marketing events

  • Partner with Sales, Research and ECM to set event objectives and identify investor targets. Create clear lines of communication pre, during and post event to ensure each event has a successful outcome.

  • Apply consistent global firm standards to deliver on-brand and seamless experience to clients

  • Seek out opportunities to connect events that have potential for shared purposes to maximize the region’s marketing pipeline and offer unique views to drive global differentiated events.

  • Prepare investor/corporate prep packages, investor profiles and other marketing materials, applying consistent global firm standards to deliver on-brand experience to clients.

  • Preparation of formal pitches, investor targeting analysis, investor profiles and other marketing materials, applying consistent global firm standards to deliver on-brand experience to clients.

  • Collect feedback post marketing events to drive a valued client-focused experience. Share content with Research and the Global Corporate Access Relationship Management team to generate more Corporate Marketing mandates globally.

  • Maintain standardized practices and accurate information when entering data in the event planning system and CRM and work closely with the Client Submissions team to improve accuracy of our reports.

  • Partner with regional Corporate Access teams and trading globally to share knowledge, insights and identify opportunities to collaborate. Identify and actively connect events that have potential for shared purposes to maximize marketing pipelines.

  • Execute and/or support execution of local industry conferences as needed

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to support evolving platform

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi task

Job Summary

RBC’s Corporate Access team provides a full suite of consultative and logistics services to bring institutional investors and corporate clients together. Responsible for delivering a seamless client experience. Coordination and execution of Analyst and Corporate marketing events, collaborating internally, increasing the quality of RBC’s marketing pipeline, ensuring consistent application of global standards and managing feedback data to drive a valued client-focused brand experience.
