Our organizations, Pear Tree Education and Pear Tree School, are looking for an expert in Google Analytics and Google Ads to help us optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Google Analytics properly on / for our websites, including setting up event tracking.
- Set up effective Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad group structuring, and ad copy creation.
- Configure conversion tracking for our Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Guide us on implementing successful A/B testing for our ads.
- Provide input on our overall Google Ads strategy, including budgeting, targeting, and ad design.
- Manage our Google Ads campaigns based on agreed-upon KPIs and objectives.
- Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, with analysis and actionable insights to improve our results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Knowledge of event and conversion tracking setup
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Ads reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data
