Elite Educational Institute

Teaching Subjects

We have an ongoing need to fill AP tutoring roles for the following classes:

• AP Economics (Macro & Micro)
• AP Calculus
• AP Statistics
• AP Biology
• AP Chemistry
• AP Physics
• AP Computer Science (Java)
• AP French & Spanish

Academic Tutors
We are seeking experienced and reliable tutors for all of our campuses, located here: North Vancouver (889 Harbourside Dr.), Vancouver (#1985 W. Broadway), Burnaby (5021 Kingsway), Richmond (8181 Cambie Road), Coquitlam (1024 Ridgeway Avenue), , Surrey campus (#201 – 10351 150 Street,. Surrey, BC V3R 4B1) and White Rock campus (#200 – 2055 152 Street)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Must know the subject thoroughly and be able to teach effectively
• Must be familiar with teaching AP subjects.
• Commitment to academic integrity
• Excellent conversation skills with school aged students
• Good work ethics - punctual, honest, organized, goal oriented

Work Hours:

AP Tutoring hours vary with subject demand, but generally average between 8-12 per week for each AP class taught. Our operating hours are 4pm to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday. AP classes are scheduled according to tutor and student's availability.

Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• teaching: 1 year (preferred)
• AP Tutoring: 1 year (required)
