Appliance Repair Shop Supervisor Job at Elite Appliance Parts and Service- Hamilton
Well established business with four locations in Ontario, seeking Appliance Repair Shop Supervisor for their Ottawa location.
Successful applicant will possess the following experience:
· Minimum five years’ experience as a Major Appliance Repair Technician with:
o major appliances including electrical and gas appliances - stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators
o diagnostic expertise utilizing multiple methods – meters and gauges etc.
o ability to interpret schematic diagrams and product manuals
o estimate write ups
o document work performed
· Minimum three years Major Appliance Repair Supervisory Experience with:
o Supervise daily all technician activities – up to ten repair technicians
o Coordinate and schedule all service calls
o Ensure our spare parts inventory and all other supplies needed to perform repairs are appropriately stocked/sourced
o Ensure repair technicians are working efficiently
o Arrange training as required for technicians
o Prepare monthly reports on repair technician activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $41.00 per hour
