The Application Engineer provides technical solutions that will positively impact your customers' production, energy efficiency, safe environment and reduced operating costs. You will represent leading edge technologies and a wide range of products. You will deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, while supporting the efforts of the engineering team.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and account managers, sales support staff and manufacturers you will provide technical engineering expertise, equipment selection and quotations to customers.
  • Creating and presenting engineered solutions to meet customers specifications, requirements and desired results, you will highlight the value our solutions will bring differentiating it from the competition.
  • You will expand sales opportunities and identify opportunities for new business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • BAC in Engineering or DEC in Engineering Technology.
  • Bilingualism written and spoken (English and French).
  • Experience in customer service role or sales environment an asset.
  • Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial spirited, fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to cultivate lasting business relationships.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
  • High energy level and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and make a strong impact on the business.
