We are looking for an Functional/Technical Analyst who has experience with multiple HRIS platforms and ERP systems. You will be helping bridge the space between HR and Payroll teams in various businesses and work with developers in designing, testing, and supporting integrations to ERP systems. We are looking for someone who has experience in various aspects of payroll and HR (recruitment, onboarding, development, learning, compensation, and benefits).

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, Test, and Integrate key functions of the HRIS and ERP Systems (build interface and support it)
- Engage in the implementation and support of these applications
- Assist with conversions and upgrades
- Work with multiple teams by providing solutions and supporting custom and 3rd part apps
- Help with managing outside vendors
- Collaborate with IT support groups
What You Need for this Position
At least 3 years of experience with:
