Job Responsibilities
- Observes and Identify packages to detect defective packaging moving along conveyor.
- Assigned to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finish product.
- Supplies loading equipment with empty pallets.
- Assist toolmakers and machine fitters.
- Operate various machines,tools, and equipment.
- Assist with drilling, sawing, painting, etc.
- Communicate necessary information to Assistant Supervisor and coworkers from shift to shift.
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner and know how to properly lock out all energy sources, including stored energy Always adhere to the safety regulations, guidelines, and practices in all situations.
- Find out what PPE is needed for the occupations in your area and be sure to use it correctly at all times.
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace at all times to avoid accidents and create high-quality items. All reports
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must be flexible.
- Lifting of 20-30lbs required
- Must have Experience in Automotive company is an asset.
- Mandatory steel toe safety shoes required.
- Must have knowledge to understand Assembly tools.
- Punctuality is a must on the job.
- Understanding of automated assembly equipment
- Good communication skills
- Must have own tools.
- Ability to work as a team member and individually.
- Crane and Forklift License an asset.
