Assistant Managers direct work during shifts and create great experiences for our guest. They help coach, support and supervise the restaurant.
As an assistant manager, you will utilize and provide directions to your team during their shift to achieve operational excellence.
As well, you will act as a coach and mentor to by using discretion in providing feedback to improve your team’s performance, and effectively recommending employment decisions to the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- - Possess an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Ability to act with a guest comes first attitude; and delivers guest service that meets or exceeds guest expectations - Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Ability to identify and use resources to improve overall operations - High attention to detail - Teamwork and interpersonal skills - Knowledge and understanding of operations efficiency and retail environment - Multi-tasking skills - Willingness to learn - Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills - Effective problem-solving, organizing and planning skills
