- Greeting Automotive Customers in a Positive Manner
- Inputting all the required customer data in Co-Star
- Provide estimate for services suggested
- Assign work to shop personnel
- Describe costing and service provided as directed from mechanic
- Explain warranty and schedule upcoming service.
- Cash the customer out and thank customers for their business
