HOURS NEEDED: Looking for a candidate who is available for morning shifts/ & closing shifts. Open availability. 24 - 40 hours per week.

Bakery Clerk Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who is customer service driven and can work independently or with a strong team. No previous experience is needed.

• Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations
• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with Safeway’s programs
• Stocking product to shelves
• Maintaining and building merchandise displays in compliance with Safeway programs
• Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness, rotation, ordering and superior customer service
• Completion of associated paperwork
• Ensure proper backroom procedures are being met
