Join our team at The Alley Brampton! We are searching for bubble tea lovers who will help make our store a fun and rewarding environment to work in.

We are looking for full-time and part-time baristas with flexible availability to fill the following shifts:

• Open daytime on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
• Close evenings on Friday & Saturday (must be able to close until 1AM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers through clear and courteous communication
• Operating POS system as a cashier and process payment transactions
• Ability to memorize all recipes provided to craft our specialty bubble tea drinks
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety

Alternatively, someone may just be having a bad day. Your ability to be understanding and to provide a positive solution to the customer in any of these situations can be rewarding.
