Barista Job at Belong Hospitality
We are in need of an experienced barista to join our team. We are a busy café located at the Evergreen Brickworks.
Chief responsibilities include...
1) Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and Americano.
2) Take customer orders accurately. They should have a good understanding of the menu and be able to recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
3) Maintain and clean the coffee & espresso machines.
4) Keeping the store clean. Baristas must maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning countertops, floors, and other surfaces.
5) Customer service: Baristas must provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. They should also be able to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of customers during peak hours.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-30 per week
Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
