- Pleasant demeanor, approachable, friendly towards Members and their guests
- Working knowledge of classic mixology principles
- Product knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Prepare drinks as ordered, following house mixology standards
- Set up bar for the shift. Preparation of condiments, glasses, alcohol, juices etc.
- Take Member orders, prepare beverages, and service of food menu
- Enter and organize Member orders into POS system
- Wash bar glasses as required
- Ensure that the bar is fully stocked
- Clean bar area, glasswashers, bar coolers as required
- Maintain inventory rotation
- Manage waste tracking
- Keep storage areas cleaned and organized
- Balancing of shift payment reports
- To participate in all training sessions organized by the Management when requested.
- Other duties as may be directed, from time to time by management.
- Closing of building as required and checking off all areas at end of night
- Dispose of glass bottle recycling daily
- Weekly beverage par orders as required, received and inventory all bar products
- Shared responsibility of all bar and restaurant cleanliness
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
