What you’ll do here:

As a behavioral science intern, you will help to evangelize and integrate behavioral science into our product and service design practices, contribute to optimizing for business and user outcomes. Reporting to the Manager, Design and Behavioral Science, your main responsibilities are to contribute to:

  • Analyzing and generating actionable insights related to business outcomes, customer needs and patterns of behaviours.
  • Executing user research, including A/B testing, focus group moderation, in-situation observation, interviews, workshops and various forms of prototype evaluation.
  • Developing techniques and methodologies to achieve business goals drawing upon a broad functional expertise in behavioral science.
  • Leveraging academic literature, emerging trends and recent achievements in Behavioural Science for the development of new hypotheses
  • Maintaining a close cooperation with the design team to find innovative ways to deliver exceptional experiences.

What you bring to the table:

  • Studies strongly preferred in a field such as behavioral, cognitive, experimental or social psychology, cognitive sciences, Human Factors/Human Computer Interaction or related field.
  • Ability to communicate highly specialized information in an understandable manner.
  • Expertise in quantitative research methods
  • Analytical, curious and creative.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proactive, comfortable working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
