WHAT IS EXPECTED AS A GUEST SERVICE TRAVEL ADVISOR?

You will be an ambassador of Club Med Spirit. You will be a Travel Experience Designer; responsible for servicing vacation files, using selling and upselling techniques, booking amazing vacation experiences, and providing detailed service information required. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our common goal of providing lasting memories to our customers.

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS?

  • High energy, customer focused service professionals who are confident and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to multi-task and recognize sales opportunities
  • Professional individuals who are enthusiastic, demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment.
  • Communication Skills: English and French are mandatory in this role as well as strong verbal a written communication skill.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Previous travel industry experiences, knowledge of geography and/or call center experience is a plus, but notrequired. *Note: Travel professionals applying need to have passed required OPC exam.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours weekly or part time (25 hours minimum per week), flexible for any shift between 9am and 9pm Monday through Friday, and 9:30am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday; as well as Holidays.
