DESCRIPTION

Provide french support, training and customer service to our existing and new customers in Quebec and maritime provinces.

JOB DUTIES
Build and maintain customer relationships for the company
Guide customers through the sales process into the support phase
Provide online training and onboarding of customers for all our software
Ensure customers are receiving the tools and support they need
In-depth understanding of our software programs to be able to advise and provide answers as needed
Educate customers on how to use our software solutions
Listen and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions
Regular follow ups with customers focusing on customer retention
Review customer activity and usage to recommend changes or provide assistance to benefit the customer
Identify areas for cross-selling and upselling
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bilingual
Experience with providing quality Customer Service
Communication, listening and relationship management
Ability to quickly learn new software programs
Teaching and demonstrating software online or in person
Problem solving and planning
Time and project management
Managing customer expectations
Cross-selling and upselling
