Hourglass HR is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who have prior experience delivering excellent customer service! In this role you will be taking inbound calls, helping callers and working with the online system.
This is a full-time hybrid position in Ottawa with a requirement to work in the downtown office 2 days per week. The hours are regular day shifts Monday to Friday. This role requires fluent communication in English and French.
Our client is an International Consulting company that focuses on industries like Environment and Energy.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls answering topics including, but not limited to programmatic policies, online application troubleshooting, and application status
- Respond to email inquiries answering topics regarding programmatic policies, online application troubleshooting, and application status
- Resolve support issues in a prompt and efficient manner while escalating to technical team members when necessary
- Receive and process paper applications and consent forms as requested
- Mail out communication tailored to each application
- Produce clear, efficient, and timely written logs of calls and emails into a client-case tracking system to manage requests and issues
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to communicate in French (reading, writing, speaking
- Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone etiquette
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attendance and punctuality is imperative
- Prior Call Centre experience an asset
