Job Summary:

Our Reservation Centre is seeking an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative in Cornwall. We are looking for customer service-driven individuals who are enthusiastic, high achieving, curious, and team players to join our dynamic, diverse culture and goal-driven company. The Sales and Customer Service Advisor will be the ambassador of the company by providing exceptional customer service and helping them decide what is best suited to their storage needs.

Fluently bilingual French/English is essential..

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming inquiries in accordance with the reservation center guidelines

· Build rapport and gain trust from our clients by providing an excellent customer service experience.

· Identify the needs of the clients by thorough listening and probing to provide the best possible solution to their queries.

· Suggest and provide detailed information to the customer about the products and services that Storage Vault Canada offers.

· Meet and exceed the different KPI targets.

· Promotes the value of our company for repeat business.

· Comply with the company policies as outlined in the HR policy.

· Comply with sales and customer service procedures aligned to the quality specifics.

Who are we looking for:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call center environment.

· Secondary education is required.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong keyboarding skills are a must.

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast phase environment.

· Fluently bilingual French/English is a must.
