The ideal candidate will be motivated, well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payables and receivables, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance for both of our companies.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Record daily financial transactions and complete posting process
- Enter data, maintain records, prepare monthly reports
- Prepare and submit government remittances
- Fiscal year-end preparation
- General administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30-40 hours per week based on weekly workload.
Wage: based on experience
