Term: This is a permanent, full-time, year-round position.
Salary: The starting salary is $25-28 per hour.
Education and language: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a relevant program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Position requires the ability to read, write and speak English.
Required Experience and Qualification:
· Two to three years’ of relevant experience.
Main Duties:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries.
- Prepare trial balance of books.
- Reconcile accounts.
