  • Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Diploma
  • Experience and knowledge of the design and construction industry an asset

Work Setting

  • Private sector, in-office Tasks
  • Greet and direct people upon entrance
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting and distributing mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Create and Send invoices
  • Prepare Payroll
  • Receive and issue payments
  • Daily management of Accounts, manage accounts payable and receivables
  • Track income and expenses
  • Prepare balance and cash flow statements
  • Prepare and proofread proposals, contracts and other documents
  • Prepare and assist in preparation of Construction Schedules

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
