Looking for someone that has experience in breakfast cooking
Hours of operations 7:00am-2:30pm
Must be able to work weekends
Responsibilities are:
· Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service
· Prepare a variety of foods: Breakfast cooking experience a must, must be able to make
eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, omlettes etc.
: Experience with Flat-top, Fryers & Oven
· Cafe gets busy and must be able to multi-task and cook multiple items at a time
· Keep track of likely shortages & put on inventory list
· Serve menu items compliant with established standards
· Use food preparation tools in accordance with recipe
· Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
· Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
· Keep the work area clean throughout the shift
· Ensure grills, stove top, fryers, cooler and freezers are clean and ready for use
· Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
· Must be a team player and work together with other staff
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
