Qunubu Cannabis is seeking outgoing and passionate Budtenders and Sales Associates who are looking for a career and not just a job. Our Budtenders will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

We will be open 7 days a week. Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, day shifts, night shifts, and holidays. Flexible availability is required.

What you will be doing – Essential Functions:

- Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner, engage in conversation and build a relationship to understand their interest in cannabis

- Contribute to cannabis sales through the effective presentation and explanation of each product’s features and benefits

- Maintain product knowledge on all products sold at the dispensary

- Effectively utilize a compliant POS system and cash register

- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention

- Pick products and fulfill orders, process sales transactions and provide secure ID checking, as required

- Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture as assigned

- Assisting with store maintenance and housekeeping, including stocking shelves, merchandising, cleaning, sanitizing, and general tidying of space

- Maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, practices, operating standards, checklists, and applicable government legislation.

- Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store

- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

What are the requirements:

- Minimum 19 years of age

- CanSell Training Certificate (Mandatory)

- Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (Level 2) (Mandatory)

- Must own a reliable car for performing deliveries. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Gas expenses will be compensated.

- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis and cannabis products

- Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties

- Understanding that this is a regulated industry, and that compliance is critical to success

- Experience in handling and utilizing POS systems (training provided)

Experience:

- 1 – 2 years experience in a customer service role

- 1 - 2 Cannabis industry experience is preferred

Salary:

$16.00 - $18.00/hr Based on experience
