Agilus is recruiting for a
Business Development Manager in the
Power Conversion Industry.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, experienced in power electronics with a focus on selling into Server, Storage, Networking, Industrial & Electric Vehicle markets globally. The ideal candidate will work to identify and develop relationships with sales and business development teams, potential customers/clients & distributors; have the “hunter” business mentality to chase and close opportunities.
How you will make an impact:
- Meet or exceed annual revenue while remaining within expense budget guidelines.
- Visit accounts, resolve customer problems, and make customer presentations, as necessary
- Diligent analysis and keeping of leads, opportunities, and project status in company database (Salesforce.com).
- om). Provide training to OSA’s and field sales personnel (reps and distributors) as required.
- Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Engage distribution partners to build strong relations and work collaboratively to promote the product line
- Analyze global power market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Close sales opportunities.
The successful candidate brings:
- Proven track record of selling or business development experience in power electronics or related field.
- 60-70% Global Travel Availability.
- Excellent understanding of target markets.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in driving sales structures to grow, and how they have grown a region and penetrated new accounts.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products including: Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Electronics Engineering degree is desired.
- Adaptable to work with different business cultures and ability to build and cultivate business relationships in other countries.
We provide:
- Competitive Salary starting from $ 130,000/yr (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Eligible for 15% bonus (paid out half twice a year) April is start of fiscal
