As the Project Manager, you are responsible for developing the Project Charter, Project Scope Statement, and Project Plan including timelines, risk management plan, and budget. Specific duties include:

Identify and Schedule project resources: Consult with the management team to assign internal resources as required or hire contracted resources.

Monitor project resources by managing project plans and schedules, help resolve issues, provide direction, and conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables.

Oversee the project budget and schedule, and control changes to ensure the project is completed on time, and within budget.

Monitor the project risks and issues and implement appropriate actions as required.

Follow Project Management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a 2-year technical diploma in IT or related field including 7 years project management experience OR an undergraduate degree in computer science or related field including 5 years project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered an asset.
- Experience working in Niche would be a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills to prepare and present to a variety of audiences; well-developed analytical thinking and relationship building skills.
- Proven significant experience managing multiple highly complex and large-scale projects.
- Analytical thinking, change management, coaching and development, communication, efficiency and thoroughness, focus on results, and relationship building.

Compensation: Pay Grade 12 $44.20 - 59.09 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
