We're looking for you to join our team as a Commercial Account Manager in Brampton, ON.


As the Manager, you'll utilize your relationship-building strengths and networking abilities to discover new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients. Your main objective is to have an impact on the success of entrepreneurs with sales between $2M and $50M through our financing solutions and advisory services adapted to their needs.


Your Duties will Include:


  • Meeting with entrepreneurs, clients and prospects, and discussing the specifics of their business in order to identify any issues and provide them with advice
  • Making multiple outbound calls to seek and qualify new business
  • Analyzing negotiating, and presenting financing proposals while exercising good credit judgement
  • Being active in the local business community by networking within various associations and chambers of commerce in order to develop business relationships and obtain references that will facilitate new client acquisition

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Commerce, Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interested in entrepreneurship with experience in commercial credit, business analysis and development, and a holistic understanding of the business sector
  • Eager to provide helpful advice and guidance to clients
  • Strong negotiating skills
