JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking building caretaker for our different sites. Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, English Bay, Abbotsford.
This is an entry-level position. It is ideal for experienced cleaners who are looking to gain caretaking experience.
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8am-4pm)
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program key fobs, enter-phones, and email communication
- Inspect and litter pick both inside and outside of the buildings
- Meet trades people and give them access to service areas
- Mopping hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all common areas, including amenities room
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks
- Keep garbage room tidy
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
