We are looking for qualified Carpenters and Apprentices that enjoy a steady non seasonal career in an award-winning company.

Description of Work:

• Wood Framing
• Concrete form work
• Interior and Exterior Finishing
• Steel Erection
• Civil work

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with safety applicable to the construction industry
• CSTS-09 certificate
• Current Fall Protection
• Able to work by yourself or as part of a team
• Experience in wood framing, concrete form work, exterior and interior finishing
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record

Job Duties:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Understanding customer requirements
• Responding to change orders
• Operating light equipment (Bobcats, forklifts, etc.)
• Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team)
• Managing or working with subcontractors
• Training apprentices and/or coworkers
• Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem solve)
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Compensation: Competitive wages that will be based on your level of experience and ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• 8 hour shift
