Catcher Job at Global Human Resource Centre
We are hiring Gluing Machine Catchers on behalf of our client in Pickering. This position is full-time covering the midnight shift. (Training will take place for 4 weeks on the day shift.)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Catch product from machine and move to skid for packaging
- Continually check for bounce and ensure side guide is operating properly
- Assist in placing inks into proper ink fountain
- Assist in press wash-up and changing of blankets
- Ensure chemicals are full and wipers are available at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Assembly line experience preferred
- Machine operating experience is an asset
- Able to operate a hand pump truck (will be trained on use)
- Good vision
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably
- Able to stand for extended periods
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am
(Training 7:00am-3:00pm)
RATE OF PAY: $18.54 per hour
