Schedule: Nightshift 4 on and 4 off, 7:00PM – 7:00AM, 77 hours Bi-weekly.

We are currently hiring for Night Central Reception; in this important role you would proudly represent our company as our first point of contact for all our locations. Providing exceptional customer service within your role of telephone reception, to the families that we are honored to serve.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience managing a multi phoneline for incoming and outgoing calls
• Excellent Customer services skills with professional telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
• Active listening skills and attentive to detail is a must
• Must be able to manage, assign and prioritize daily tasks
• Assist in administrative duties and provide support to funeral staff
• Be willing to work independently and on your own throughout the night
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs
• Must be Flexible working Nights, Weekends, Long hour shifts, and Public holidays
