Chef de Cuisine Job at Kitchen Table Group

Kitchen Table Restaurants is currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine for an upcoming opening. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume environment and is passionate about cooking, hospitality, and leading teams.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A proven track record managing food cost, labour and inventory management - experience with Optimum Control is an asset
  • Experience with ensuring adherence to kitchen cleanliness and safety standards including creating and implementing Food Safety and Sanitation Plans
  • A passion for food, cooking, leadership and mentorship
  • Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • Menu development experience is an asset
  • A calm and kind demeanour when interacting with team members
