DWB Consulting Services Ltd. (DWB) is an integrated consulting firm specializing in offering clients engineering, environmental, and forestry services. DWB employs diversified professional and technical staff with a wide range of experience. DWB is seeking applications for a Junior / Intermediate Draftsperson/CAD Technician. The position is based at our Prince George office. The successful candidate will hold a certificate/diploma from an accredited engineering technology program, be competent in using Civil-3D and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience creating conceptual design to production drawings of civil/structural works including bridges, roads, and component details.

The successful candidate must demonstrate high accuracy for detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with design drawing standards. The candidate will be required to read and produce varied drawing types and may be required, under supervision, to undertake field investigations and/or construction supervision and create preliminary written reports. The expectations will include interactions in a positive manner with clients and/or contractors, and work well within a team environment.

This position is full time and is available immediately. Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards. Benefits package available after probational period completed.
